What is the difference between a woven label and a swing tag?

A woven label is sewn into the garment and stays with it through washing; a swing tag hangs from the product and is removed at purchase. Many brands use both.

What are swing tags used for?

Three things, usually at once: they identify the brand, they carry the commercial detail a shopper needs (price, size, barcode, care), and they finish the product so it looks considered on a rail or a shelf.

What are swing tags made of?

Card, most often: recycled kraft, art paper or premium coated board. We also print on leather, waterproof PVC and silkscreen fabric where the tag has to survive more than a shop floor.

How much do swing tags cost?

Pricing starts at £0.02 per tag. What you pay depends on the stock, the size, how many colours you print and which finishes you add - foiling and embossing cost more than plain printing. Send the specification and the quote comes back itemised, so you can see what each choice is worth.

Can you cut a shape of my own?

Yes. Send the outline you want and it is produced as a custom die-cut, in any size.

Will I see a proof before it is printed?

Yes. A digital proof is produced from your requirements and nothing goes on press until you approve it.
