3. Pricing

All prices displayed on SwingTagsCo.co.uk include production and standard delivery unless otherwise stated. We ensure transparent pricing with no hidden charges. Any additional services or custom requirements will be clearly communicated before confirmation.

4. Cancellation & Returns

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 60 minutes of placement. After this time, production may begin and changes may not be possible.

Since all products are custom printed based on approved artwork, we do not offer refunds for correctly produced orders.

If a product is faulty or does not match the approved design, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Any returns must be reported within 3 days and items must not be used.

5. Custom Products Policy

All products are made to order and customized specifically for each customer. As a result, once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless there is a manufacturing fault on our side.

8. Proofing & Approval

All orders require customer approval of final artwork before production begins. Once approved, the design will be printed exactly as confirmed. Any errors not identified during approval will not be our responsibility.

9. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on order size, production schedule, and courier services. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery companies or unforeseen circumstances.

10. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services. Our responsibility is limited to the value of the order placed.

In rare cases of delay, we may offer compensation depending on the situation, but refunds are not guaranteed once an order is approved for production.
