Can leather tags be washed?

The tag itself is not intended to go through a wash - it is a hanging tag, removed at purchase. If the mark needs to survive laundering, it belongs on a sewn-in woven label instead, which we also print.

Is the leather genuine?

We print on genuine leather, and on vegan and recycled alternatives if you prefer. Say which you want on the quote form. Leather takes embossing and debossing particularly well, which is the usual reason for choosing it.

A swing tag is the printed card tag that hangs from a product rather than being sewn into it. It carries the brand mark, the price, the size and whatever else the customer needs at the point of sale, and it is removed when the product is used.

How do I attach swing tags?

Through a punched hole or a reinforced eyelet, using string, elastic, ribbon or a safety pin. Ask for the string to be fitted before despatch and the tags arrive ready to attach rather than needing threading.

How much do swing tags cost?

Pricing starts at £0.02 per tag. What you pay depends on the stock, the size, how many colours you print and which finishes you add - foiling and embossing cost more than plain printing. Send the specification and the quote comes back itemised, so you can see what each choice is worth.

Can you cut a shape of my own?

Yes. Send the outline you want and it is produced as a custom die-cut, in any size.

Will I see a proof before it is printed?

Yes. A digital proof is produced from your requirements and nothing goes on press until you approve it.

How long does printing and delivery take?

Ten to twelve working days from artwork approval, then delivery across the UK.
